Connecting with others is a fundamental human need, support your own wellbeing by taking part in our FREE taster sessions below which are happening in your local community.

Time of Connections Connecting with others during the Covid pandemic has been difficult, and it's easy to feel isolated and lonely. Support your own wellbeing by joining us for a week of activities from Monday 15 February - Friday 19 February. Choose from a variety of free taster sessions including singing, physical activity, arts & crafts, and mindfulness. |
