Helping our patients to access the right service, in the right place, first time, every time has never been more important, particularly as we go into the winter months. To help make this happen we are introducing an innovative new mobile App called 'NHS Now' which will give people all the essential information they need to make the right choices, and we really need your help to promote it.

The App was launched publicly on Friday 30 November and we'd like to invite you to help make it launch a great success. You can download the App now from either the Apple App store or Google Play by searching for 'NHS Now'.

The App helps people to access self-care advice, or choose and find their nearest, most appropriate and most convenient local health service. They get live opening times and directions to each local NHS service. For each type of service, they can ask to see either all locations or those that are open for service at the specific time they are using the App and services include:

• Pharmacies
• GP Practices
• Dentists
• Urgent Care Centres
• A&E
