Life Links provides a wellness and mental health recovery service tailored to meet your needs.

Life Links provides a number of different support networks offering you the flexibility to choose how you receive support dependent on your own personal needs. The different support options we offer include:

– Information, advice and navigation services delivered in many community locations

– One to one sessions delivered at various nearby community venues

– Group support sessions delivered in a range of community venues local to you

– Tailored information to meet your needs and preferences

All there support is offered face to face.

Who can access the service:

Over 18 and living in one of the following areas

• Blaby District
• Harborough District
• Oadby & Wigston
• Leicester city
